I've done some digging and it confirms my assumption. Starship will be co-managing UNIQ in Korea in some capacity.

 

"Seems like Starship is already starting to work with Uniq for their Korean promotions" (UNIQ has a comeback this month)

 

"We will be doing our best to speed up our advancement (Starship Artists) into the Chinese market with Yuehua’s production and marketing abilities. We are also planning on managing Yuehua’s stars (UNIQ) to help them become stars in Korea."

 

Should mean good things for both sides.

 

Pledis signed a deal with YH in 2013 and After School had increased activities in China, including performing at the New Year Gala in a few months ago.

 

Nana was cast in the Chinese drama "Love Weaves Through a Millennium"

Nana was also a contestant of the Chinese fashion competition show "Muse Dress"

 

All of this happened after they signed the deal. I look forward to Sistar's activities

Starship Entertainment and Chinese Yuehua Entertainment signed a contract on mutual management among each other, and it have been reported that they plan to put efforts into targeting entire Asian market.

 

Yesterday, on April 6th Starship Entertainment signed a contract on mutual management with Chinese Yuehua Entertainement in order to enter actively into chinese market. According the said contract, both companies are going to manage each other company artists in both countries together.

 

Pushing through various entertainment areas such are music TV shows, drama, movie industry etc, Starship Entertainment, that was established in 2008, produces KWill, SISTAR, Boyfriend, Junggigo, Mad Clown, Joo Young, Yoo Seungwoo and Monsta X, released top-rated artists, takes new course in popular culture community and in a short period of time became one of the best entertainment companies in the country.

 

Starship Entertainment representative said: “Yuehua Entertainment is being considered as one of the best entertainment companies in China. By using their production and marketing abilities, we can successfully enter the Chinese market. As well, by managing Yuehua artists in Korea, we can create stars that bring together Korea and China. We are confident, that the with the colaboration of both companies we will be able to surpass East Asia market and create a base to go globalâ€.

 

Yuehua Entertainment was established in June 2009, the company produces and releases music, movies and dramas, as well does artist management and idol training, promotion and production planning, entertainment marketing etc. It is a company that combines activities in various entertainment business areas.The company manages such artists as Han Geng, Zhou Bichang, A-do, Alan, Huang Zheng, An Youqi (Angela), Zhang Yao and others, in 2014 they also debuted an idol boy-band UNIQ and this foresightful move attracted even more attention to the company.

 

Along with one of the top American movie production companies Paramount Corporation and China Film Group Corporation, Yuehua Entertainment invested in production of 3D fantasy movie “Marco Polo†and signed a contract with the producer of drama “You Who Came From the Stars†Jang Taeyoo.

 

Yuehua CEO Du Hua said regarding the newest collaboration: “We are very happy to be able to unit into strategical partnership with Starship. My Chinese is really bad but i think it says that Uniq was trending on three different sites at #1 on the same day that their comeback was announced/released online (SNS). that is the gist i think. For sure it talks about trending on three different sites but i dont know the rest.
