zediby 355 Posted May 31, 2018 Share Posted May 31, 2018 ok so i was supposed to send these enrollment forms to this person working at the school I'm going to next year. so I sent her an email on tuesday and I thought I had uploaded the documents but I forgot to do so. I got a sympathetic reply saying please upload the documents and she even added an emoji so i was comfortable so far... So I send the damn documents but I sent the wrong ones. and when she replies she does it in a very snappy way and I am so embarrassed already..... I am seriously embarrassed about it. but at the same time I feel like she could be a bit nicer, it's not like I did it on purpose or something. THEN yesterday, I thought I had sent her the actual files but they didn't send for some fkin reason. and I realized that this morning when I opened my email and there wasn't a reply from her. So I went and checked it and I didn't send the files. finally, I sent her the damn files through my computer today. i know it's kind of bothersome but isn't she being kinda rude? shouldn't she be more patient and helpful I guess?? now i feel guilty and embarrassed as f. dream thief 2,040 Posted May 31, 2018 Share Posted May 31, 2018 Well, i believe you that you didn't do it on purpose, but i also understand this person working at this school. you are probably not the only person whose enrollment forms she manages and when there are always students who forget this and forget that... it's unnecessary work for her. And if you're not sure about something, send it to yourself or a family member/friend first, and if you send it to someone else you can also ask them to look it over for you. I will definitely do so now on! thank you for your advice : ) well I mean I feel her but being snappy is not really professional, so she should have tried to be nicer. and dont be embarassed such things happen to all of us I'm not as embarrassed anymore, what matters is that the files were sent and that's that. You will need to be careful next time...It's okay if you weren't careful this time because we are all humans and we all make mistakes so don't worry about it.
