It's just a kid getting hit in the head and a guy shoving a mop stick up his ass (it just shows his face with a guy shoving the mop in his behind so I don't see what is so disturbing about it). If I were the director I would have added some blood effect on the floor since that would actually happen if someone stick a rod up your ass. I think theres a lot of unnecessary criticism about the show, theres many things people are saying that I disagree with like its romantizing suicide which isn't... also Clay is the worst... well most of the guys... they honestly need to stop telling women what they should or shouldnt do.
