Two performances so far:

Both very good IMO. Luhan surprised me, Chen was great as always (although he sounds a tiiiiny bit tired) and Baekhyun was amazing.

If you guys want to use this thread to post future performances, it's more than fine.

Wait... was anyone really surprised about them lip-synching? All their Overdose performances so far sounded exactly like the album version and we couldn't even hear them breathing on their mics. I thought it was pretty obvious

No, it was that their mouths were out of sync for the comeback stage. But I think that was more the fault of Mnet's editors. But it looked weird.

Why do people MR Remove lip-synced performances?

To know if they sound as good as or at least similar to the studio version? Just as an example, I wasn't a fan of any SHINee song I heard but once I saw some of their MR removed performances I decided to give them a second chance because of how good they sounded and discovered some nice ones.

Well we know SM groups do that shit first week out (though some groups rely more on MR than others).

OT - I just watched White, the horror movie that T-ara's Eunjung was apart of and there was a section where someone voice doubled the high note (the MC's best frieend). Does that actually happen in kpop, like someone waiting in the wings to sing other people's high notes? (and what did you guys think of that movie)

0.0 but lipsynced = studio version

I think so; I saw it in 200 pound beauty as well.

lol, wait... MR removed isn't when they remove the studio version and the instrumental so we can hear what the person is really singing at the mic? I thought that was the purpose of it.
