Kstarnet 1,502
^^^^^^^^^^^^^ My aunt plans to take my mom, my cousin and me to South Korea for vacation but I'm afraid of planes. It's because of the turbulence. Since my stomach is pretty sensitive soit's easily bloated. Whenever turbulence occur, I would feel nauseated and vomit. My mom told me not to think about it but the feeling always comes when ever the planes become a bit shaky. So help me juseyo, Any tips and tricks will do

HoneyPopCupcake 2,421
I used to get the same feeling when taking the bus. Lollipops, mints or bubblegum helped me personally. Or you can take a pill for it, preferrably something that makes you sleep

mscaterpillar 1
I suggest to go to doctor and have medicines to calm the nerve. Not to make you dependent of medicines, but just to tone the nerve down a bit. I have friend just like you, she went to the doctor at first. lately she's getting along with planes. But you can ignore my suggestion 😄
