I can’t remember who said it to me, but SM did something similar to H.O.T or another 1st generation group they had. They started messing around with the group even before contract renewals started and put members against each other, after they divided the group SM only renewed the contract of the members they wanted to keep in the company. They’re smart and evil.

I think you mean Shinhwa? Cos I remember they wanted to keep everyone but one member, and then Eric decided to keep them together.

 

I also saw this on twitter, but people were saying it's fake. I just find it interesting cos it'd be something SM would do to keep their groups in line.

I do think the delay is about the fact that their contracts will expire by the time they finish enlistment. I think exo wanted things to happen in a specific way, and SM disagrees with their idea.

No I got you I guess since I'm planning to support both. I'm having pugb and 100daysmyprince flashbacks I had three gadgets on and my attention was confused lol This time my wallet will be lol, if they overlap I need to rebudget my budget admittedly though I'm praying for more support for yixing from exol-s not just xingmis this time around cause this time he's not just releasing in China but in N.A. too, a whole new territory. Nct is gonna overlap with them first half of oct i doubt they will do that... And otherwise they will overlap with yixings album..... I honestly dont understand why they didnt cb this month...it was literally one of the free-est months in kpop this year.. Only big group release was like..got7.

In October there is like so much competition everywhere...

In korea= tonnes of soloists cb...!! .IU... Zico.. Bobby...Soyou....and ofc theres twice too. Digitals are going to be tough ugh.

 

In terms of western promo...sm literally has stacked its own groups= Wendys rumored station collab with john legend...127 + Lay on the Mj collab with jason derulo + bp and dua lipa collab (maybe)

 

In China...theres the possible nct China thing...and even Lay himself.

 

 

I think someone said Suju was supposed to be around sept 17, but they were waiting for Leeteuk to recover from his surgery. That's prob why SM pushed suju to oct, which made end of sept a bit free. But I thought most of us agreed it wouldn't be early Oct anymore ever since we saw Suju + NCT combo.

 

The only likely schedule is end of oct, or early nov, but I still believe Taeyeon's album is next, prob Oct 25 or early Nov after her concert. I know most of you said they won't put Taeyeon and Yuri in same month, but lbr, SM is giving 10% effort to Yuri's solo (i mean her teaser dropped randomly, and it's 2 weeks before...even Suju got better treatment than her), which means they won't care if Taeyeon will clash with her.

 

I kind of predict that nct/yx/derulo mj single will be out by mid-end of oct, to help promote their US debut.

We're not going to get anything until NCT drop their mv/album. SM wouldn't sabotage their cb hype, so we might as well distract outselves with Exo Next Door until mid Oct.

 

Don't forget to support Give Me A Chance by Lay when it drops on Oct 5.

Do you remember those rumors of suho and chanyeol being seen shooting on a bike earlier this year... We all assumed it was for their dramas...but idk hmm

They said it was Junmyeon and it was for Rich Man drama.

 

But if anything, it's supposed to be Minseok in the motorcycle from Power comic.
