I dont think LDN is giving us the title track.. it is kind of too late to start working on the title now isnt it?

Just to put into perspective:

 

EXO started teasing for their title as early as May 28 Seoul concert, they knew the name of the album was 'The war' and even had a press conference.

 

The members colored their hair on June 16/ filmed the mv and the photoshoot teasers in the span of 3-4 days, finished all filming that week.

 

SM announced Lay not being able to participate on June 23 and that the cb was going to be in July.

 

The first teaser dropped at the smtown on July 8?

The cb dropped on July 19..

Yeah, so basically they started preparing 2 weeks before, shoot the mv and then they had the cb.

 

If we follow this timeline, they'd shoot it middle of Sept? It can't be after Sept 18 since Suho has musical, and they're off for Chuseok.

 

I guess it'd be too early for them to dye their hair next week, but we should see them start practicing by now.

No.. i actuallly made a typo. The cb teaser dropped on July 8, the cb dropped on July 19

 

But yeah since they had the teasers ready by July 8, they really only need 2-3 weeks to edit the video once they shoot it.

yes they should start practising the choreo by the end of the month if they are to shoot it in mid September.

I don't feel like there are big movements, in-out of sm photos and such. I just felt that Th War as an album and conception was very welm thought-out and I wonder will the keep same level of quality and conception this time with all those concept changing and push backs...

so it is 100% not September. And maybe not even early October...maybe they are aimin for Halloween comeback

I doubt they would delay it that much. Late sept early October really looks plausible. I’m thinking as close to the beginning of 4Q as possible aka sept 30/oct 1. Plus the emoji ends sept 30 so they could probably just use that and make it seem like they planned it to be like this all along lol

about reality and other content - everybody knows what we want and what would be popular (dance practices for example) but we hardly get anything bc it is easier for them to just make acrylic rings and sell them instead of giving us decent content. Unless it bting money they not only won't move a finger, they won't let boys do anything - just look how much they were restricted from vapp, Baekhyun asking for permission to make youtube channel(and I assume not getting it). SM won't let is get ANYTHING for free.

but for that reality show they probably got tons of money from SLtelecom so it should happen. but they still can halfass it, devide him in groups of 2/3, stick some annoying mc to them or don't show anything interesting...

i dont believe in sm at all and just wantthe album to.have a lot of good music that will suit mu taste *yes im still bitter they pulled mzmc out*

 

also i dont think they film anything in a dorm. And I dont think they did anything.

you all are too naive thinking positive about SM. They are already screwing this up. Just look, its not only EXO's comeback that keeps getting pushed back, but also Yixing's album, Baekhyun's collab, and Chanhun's station. you are too naive if you are not suspicious about this.

If its true, I am kinda weirded out by all this push CBX is getting for concerts ... Have they decided they cannot make Kyungsoo and Junmyeon's solo schedules work with the comeback promos and are gonna let CBX promote instead??

Maybe the a&r team decided to work on projects where the group is more free, so this way they'll have time for exo later on.

 

Even Suju did their mv one month early even tho their cb is in Sept (idek how SM will fit this in also). I don't think it means anything. I'd rather wait and see how the next 2 weeks will go before getting upset

 

 

I was also thinking how HOT was supposed to do a reunion album, according to the list of rumored sm comebacks, in Oct. If exo took their slot, does this mean exo was supposed to come before RV? Since July is the only time when there was no cb.
