Im tryin to say that Marz know exactly what we like the most, he knows how we like it, he knows how to produce for EXO. That's IMHO, of course, but that's how I feel, I liked MOST of the songs he produced for EXO so far and I was pretty much happy he wroked on several other songs, bc it meant I'll get Going Crazy and Sweet Lies level of perfection. 

(tho in my faves from Blooming days are marzless)

But maybe it's jsut me. 

 

 

Also I wante to tell you note producers from Countdown (minus LDN noise) ans beware if their names come to EXO's K-albums, but guess what, it already happened with CBX K album (ok, I am being dramatic and it's only one name, BUT).

The vocals are all horribly edited and autotuned, the production of the songs is hideous and the lyrics just take me to a whole another realm of second hand embarrassement lmao

the quality of J albums is so damn low, production is shit (like, vocals+instrumental mixing is damn awful in some songs), awkward rap/chanting verses and choruses. Or trashy edm like Run This, Run This is fun and all, but it is SO mediocre from head to toe? Like, it's just standart beats edm trash with standart structure and shitty production and mixing and DAMN SHOUTING. WHy they always shout shit in"yeah, we are cool boy, get on my mustang baby" manner? In Run This, Coming Over and UUUGHHH

Plus aside from ballads most of these dont make EXO vocals justice. Just pure mess. But yes, those old corrupted hags thinks their Korean album should be the same, bc somehow we enjoy J songs more. Bitch where? 

Just imagine all the rap and lyrics transisted in Korean, lmao, they'll dragged good.

damn, I just checked Suho' schedule for musical in September and he is booked af since 18th...

If we assume that their comeback was pushed back, it really could be that they intended to comeback in first half of September. Bc there is no performance in remain dates of August till 18th September ther is no musical schedule... or a whole musical takes a break at that time and I am blabberung here for nothing? x)) I know they change the venue.Maybe that's the reason.

 

Anyway Suho will have to prepare and do comeback during his packed musical schedule...what an year for him, I hope he won't get sick from too much work.

yeah, its just so strange they were clueless about album... and everything's was changed.... all is so strange this time... they say "soon" but nothing happenes, we see boys resting or doing their aolo work idk... I don't feel like there are big movements, in-out of sm photos and such. I just felt that Th War as an album and conception was very welm thought-out and I wonder will the keep same level of quality and conception this time with all those concept changing and push backs...

 

 

so it is 100% not September. And maybe not even early October...maybe they are aimin for Halloween comeback

I think I'm okay with all the secrecy. I believe that SM id trying to do this right, instead of half assing it. They know that the fans have waited for a year, and there's been a lot of hype around exo even when they're not releasing something, so whatever they release later, fans/non fans will create a bigger momentum for them. It's like RV releasing a red song after a year, and they manage to break some records with Power Up.

 

About the reality show, we never know what exo does in their dorm. For all we know, they could have filmed 1-2 episodes already.

 

I'm actually hoping, if this is OT9 cb, they'd do what Suju did in Suju Returns, and even what NCT Dream is doing, filming them as they progress with the album. I think it'd build a nice hype if they release episode 1 in September. I'm sure SM can milk money off fans from this.

I don't believe in sm, they can and they probably will halfass things..

about reality and other content - everybody knows what we want and what would be popular (dance practices for example) but we hardly get anything bc it is easier for them to just make acrylic rings and sell them instead of giving us decent content. Unless it bting money they not only won't move a finger, they won't let boys do anything - just look how much they were restricted from vapp, Baekhyun asking for permission to make youtube channel(and I assume not getting it). SM won't let is get ANYTHING for free.

but for that reality show they probably got tons of money from SLtelecom so it should happen. but they still can halfass it, devide him in groups of 2/3, stick some annoying mc to them or don't show anything interesting...

i dont believe in sm at all and just wantthe album to.have a lot of good music that will suit mu taste *yes im still bitter they pulled mzmc out*

solo schefulea was never a reason to postopone or cancell gtoup releases/activities. Only if its Lay and they wait for Lay, but seems like something happened inside SM in general.

I am still worried only about song being suddenly scrapped and conce0t not being even set while the comeback is pretty near. I thought last year they started a new story of exo and were going to follow some general plot or conception, but now it feels like they don't know what they are doing and how it will look like...*sigh* well, if songs will be still great then I'm okay..but can it things be alright when everything's rushed and decided in last moment?

 

I hope those scrapped Marz's song will see the light as EXO songs..maybe in winter album or smth.

 

Also I was sure SM will debut Baekhyun solo this year, but with everything being pushed back maybe his debut is set for 2019 now.

 

sm is a big hot mess. Im still afraid it will be CBX in Berlin =/ i dont think i can sell damn ticket of that happenes. But bitches dont announce anything regarding this event

One of them (dont mind the logic, it was just for aesthetic purposes and its OT8 but im thinking about how to include black market surgeon Lay in there) included story line of KaiHun accidebtally killing someone, then they go to Sehun's older brother Xiumin who is also a head of elite drugqueen club or smth and is the main transvestit here (thats how i would want to geg my another ultimate wish for Xiumin crossdressing), then to help his lil bro Xiumin threatens the head of super rich business company Suho who has family with photos of Suho having fun with xiu's girlies, Suho then goes to mafia boss Kyungsoo (with scar on the face and leather gloves yaaas), they make a financial deal (smth about land? idc) in exchange of his help, then Kyungsoo goes yo police head Xhanyeol and thetens him with smth or makes a deal, Chanyeol is jot ppleased with it but he will do as Kyunbsoo says, then Kyungsoo goes to the poor man with wife and kids who owes him shit tons of money - Chen - and suggest him to take blame for the accident murder and Ksoo's forgetting all his debt and provides financial support to his family until he comes out. Baekhyun is young righteous police intern who saw and knows everything, CY forbidden him to talk anything about this case, but Baek decides to make this all public and MV end eith everyone grtting exposed and doomed the end lmao.

Chens part is meh and too much Ksoo involvment, maybe he should be a head of FBI who Baek is raporting to pr smth

not found of KoKoBop MV, idk what exactly, but it's lacking something... And many other "aesthetics" MVs too (from other group and companies). Like, that's just not it. There is well put aesthetics things, and not. Like.... there are different box MV, but some of them were "meh" and some of them were godly Overdose. And fore the title track MV should be replayable, I mean, you should want to watch it not because yoy want to see every mole of every member, but bc something just works for you there, you just pleased to see certain colors and lights with certain sound and music... 

 

I can;t exactly say what I want from MV, but, yeah, I want it to catch my attention and feelings, I want it to be well balanced and maximum appealing from in terms of visual and and perception of visual+sound. Or maybe it could be something smart or with plot (like, real plot, not asthetics+vague hints and scenes). Or it could be only visual based, but very dynamic and\or relecting the music|sound. Like...i dunno,,, like the best anime openings?  (Higurashi no naku koro ni opening comes to mind, for example).

Right, it should be captivating or overwhelming!

I love Power MV and especially styling   the noises were annoying and the song is meh, but MV was great IMHO It doesn't have to be all about drakness and mistery. ANd the styling, styling was amazing

song wise Power wasn't what people expect from EXO but the bsides are lit. i feel like Sweet Lies was meant as a title song.

 

a bit OT. but talking about songs that meant to be the title. 

Till this day I believe Hurt at some point was a strong contender to be Exodus' title track

 

 

 

i also feel like most SM mvs these last few years really lack replay value, hence why despite the song being a hit or popular internationally, the mv don't really have high views compared to other popular groups. i hope SM can fix this problem for exo's next comeback.

yeah, replayability is lacking in SM's latest songs a lot. And tbh I can't point out why exactly it happens. 

BUT I would actually exclude Red Flavor, I think it was really well done and funny, I love to watch from time to time

wow i'm surprised u like red flavor's mv. i think of it as rv's messiest and most half ass mv lol.

I know it's unpopular opinion, but I don't get why. Interview with fruits was genius and super fun (especially when the scene changes to girls talking to themselves or fruits talking to themselves x))) damn cool and funny), dance shot were all good and fun, shots with children too and those shots were well edited and put together... idk... On top of that the song is good~

 

 

 

 

 

I'll throw hands if they never release continuation of comicbook =| I was so sure they will release a full thing as follow up to album... Especially after all those talks about new story of EXO and reboot and such URGH.

The MV for Power maybe messy agree, but I'd keep the styling but change the MV to more dance focused or less CGI

BUT I still think it's funny and fun, and unique too. :<

It says 'To be Continued' with the date SEP 17? On it?

 

 

I dont think I understand the plot of the comic... so many holes to fill....do you think they will continue where they left off? Do we have a conclusion for pathcodes and Power... is  SM even following a theory?  maybe its all just random shit with exo.

main point I think I am right about - Power!Baekhyun is somwhow connected to comicbook EXO and their story...

also I created a whole ass story in my head and have several variants of possible plot MVs connceted to their Mama/Queen, Tree Of Life, Mama MV, their life on Earth, Red Force, Overdose-Lucky One

 

BY THE WAY, do you think LuckyOne facility is just another universe' Overdose maze or Overdose=LuckyOne and in Overdose they were just on crack and saw it as creepy hollow maze.

In my opinion it's different universe. In each of them Red Force is trying to capture EXO and take their powers. But in Power it was easier bc their powers were in orbs, but in Lucky One the powers are inside them so RedForce had toexperiment on them.

 

 

Also maybe in some universes RedForce is actually Earth's people who want to capture "objects". And maybe it's Earthlanders who follow them in Pathcode (and Monster?)

 

 

SM honestly could do so much with all this shit, creat a whole story with different Universes involved (not all mb) and then idk sell it to some animation studio to make anime lmaooo

 

and Red Force is Red Velvet

 

the problem is, there are always different directors for MVs and I doubt they would care to keep a solid plot, just hints and references (like, super powers or Red Force)

According to the videomaker, the POM comic is obviously connected to the Power video. At the end of Power, Baekhyun causes a solar eclipse to reactivate everyone's power orbs and 'a new world opens up' ..... Like Baek falls into the ocean, all of them fall on earth at different locations.  Maybe this is how they arrive on earth from the EXOPlanet? And that explains the pathcodes>>> the EXO members, who have now been living with human civilisation for a while (like in the EXOrdium VCR) suddenly find their powers getting reactivated by another eclipse and reunite... and that leads to the events in the POM comic... where they are wearing their Pathcode clothes with their Power space vests?

 

Maybe the truck was a trap... (it explodes in the last page of the comic), they get captured by the enemy>>> like shown in Lucky One>>> who are the 'Red Force' and want to take away their power. Under the influence of drugs they hallucinate their suffering as a maze? i.e. Overdose... and then 'Kokobop' where they celebrate the eve before 'Monster' happens?

ugh, wait, I forgot one detail - Baekhyun falling in water in Power MV and Comicbook(Pathcode?) are actually different. I was so sure that was Power Baekhyun too in comicbook. Here go my dreams about cryptic plot with other Power version of Baekhyun saving himself with help of Kai's orb he stole from Red Force and happened to transfer to other Universe *sight*

SM won't ever make it a story *sob* but it would be so fun. 

 

Actually I would be okay with just every MV being connected to this whole mess somehow, it's a cool thing after all.
