The spoiler move Kai and xiumin did is kinda lame imo cause it looks like they're whipping. The move Sehun did turned out to be in Yixing's choreo and he also does the whip move in the exact same way, but I can't see why they'd all know LAY's choreo and be spoiling it. It's really weird. Must just be huge coincidences.

Tho I'd love for them to continue from the end of Power with Baek in the water and he gets up and hops on a motorcycle and a new story starts

After Power all the members got separated so Kai denounces society and goes to start a biker gang and gathers the members.

Their mv has always some kind of connection to their powers, so I'd assume they'd need to continue and explain how they got saved after the war. It's not exo without cringy cgi

 

Exodus teaser photos were opposite than CMB theme. Even Power didn't end up as cool as the teaser. I think there's a distinction between album concept and title track concept, so I don't think the title track will have motorcycle theme.

It'll have MV theme because bikers were hired for the MV shoot.

Wait but we got the info about that fan's acquaintance filming for an exo mv with motorbikes waaaay before sm released the statement that exo are filming right ? How long exactly have they been filming ? What kind of two and a half hour feature film are we getting lmao ?

 

But do you think there can be a storyline if they've filmed it at a desert ? Like there's not much of a plot to make out of that... The only thing I can see them doing there are aesthetic shots of motorbikes while they're racing and random shots of them dancing in a sandstorm or something. Not that I really mind especially if the choreo is good but hmmm

The weird thing is that people are really adamant that the filming is of one music video, but the only thing I think of is double title tracks or something like that. They have two ridiculously different style changes on the teasers we've seen, it could potentially be for another song.

 

Also it could also be likely that SM knew the concept of the video and hired bikers to get shots from them before they filmed EXO. That's actually pretty common, it's called getting B roll. I wouldn't be surprised if they routinely get hundreds of hours of premeditated broll a year since so much of SM music videos are not the actual artists.

 

Yeah some part of me thinks the MV isnt going to be super story based, just something like Monster where it's very vaguely referencing anything and the fans will piece it together, but as long as there's an emphasis on dancing in the MV I'm fine. Kokobop had very little dancing.

I'm not quite sure about that guys. Although it is weird they're titling it a concept trailer I think that's moreso because the "music video teaser" will come after the individual teasers. NCT had their concept video, but it was the length of the full song and played the entire instrumental.

 

On top of this, the branding for NCT didn't have to do with the office thing. EXO'S entire concept this comeback is centered around the bikes. The bikes and the biker look have to be a part of music video, it wouldn't make sense to invest in just an abstract teaser that doesn't mean anything.

 

Nobody is talking about the alternative photo we got a while ago, where they are all in their second outfits. None of that was shown today, so it's most likely for another video. Possibly double mvs? I had said when it came out Kai looked like royalty and now today we see he's wearing royal jewelry. Their secondary outfits I can tell are going to play a big role in this comeback. I'm also 99% sure what we heard today was the The Eve of this comeback, not Tempo.

Kenzie is great with title tracks because she has an ear for catchy hooks and beat drops. She also did MONSTER which imo is one of EXO's best cb songs (after Growl and Overdose).

She wrote it, not produced it. She's only produced For Life, Sing For You, and Wolf.
