Feraligatr 625
He is testing my patience. TEST MY FUCKING PATIENCE! A customer called up and ask to speak to him because he sent the customer an email. The customer knew both of his names, so I put the customer on hold, went up to my colleague and said: "Mr ______ wants to speak to you". My colleague was getting all bitchy saying how his he supposed to know who he is when I just have his name?! BITCH, YOU ARE THE FUCKING ONE WHO SENT HIM AN EMAIL TODAY!! THAT CUSTOMER KNOWS YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME FOR FUCK SAKE!! DON'T FUCKING PLAY DUMB BECAUSE YOU WANT TO GO OUT OF IT. Then he came round to my computer and was saying have I asked him all these questions and getting funny about it. NO, I HAVEN'T FUCKING ASKED HIM ANY QUESTIONS BECAUSE YOU HAVE BEEN THE ONE DEALING WITH THIS!!!! I had to keep putting the customer on hold because my colleague wouldn't take the call, so then the customer was getting pissed off at me. I saw him take calls off other people because the customer asked to speak to him, yet when I ask him, he tries to get the fuck out of it and it isn't the first time I asked him to do something and he wouldn't. What makes it worse is that once the call was over, he messaged me to send him the policy number so he can note it because he forgot to note it earlier on, but he didn't say that to anyone else because that's him not doing his job. He is such attention seeker. It was a shit day at work, I feel ill, and yet this little asshole tries to get out of doing his job. If he does this again, I will rip into him at work. Yet, he will probably run to the manager and make it out like he can do no wrong.

Sweet Perfume 1,472
Couldn't you tell the customer that this guy was making excuses to not talk to him? I am super bitchy so I would have told him straight away so he could make a proper complaint about your coworker's poor job. But is it team work? If it isn't, don't help him anymore with anything at all and let him suffer. This bitch at your work needs to listen to SNSD's music to become a better person though. HoneyPopCupcake 2,421
Girl, maybe you were pissed because you were sick. I hope you feel better. But I do think you shouldn't let these kind of things bother you that much. I would be bossy and force him to take the call. If he's not doing his job well talk to his boss
