You have to look at the circumstances. Nilo came out of nowhere with no trigger. Its an old song that suddenly just rose out of the blue. Most people didn't know neither Nilo nor the song & was clueless as to why it rose. It appeared on the most played list of users who've never even heard the song.

 

Love Scenario on the other hand started out okay-ish and slowly climbed the chart. Its a release by a group who have had history of  great digital performance (my type got a CAK). Its heard and sung all around korea. Played in huge shows such as Infinite Challenge & Running Man. Sorry but there really isn't any solid reason to doubt its performance other than hatred and biased-ness.

Literally what I just showed you  Charts matter less when you have video proof of random, countless people listening to the song daily. This is why people questioned Nilo. He rose on the charts but people did not know him and his song, they weren't listening to him, they didn't hear it on the streets, at karaoke, on TV etc. like how it's been with Love Scenario.

I didn't follow his rise so I don't feel comfortable talking about it but I personally didn't see many accusing him of manipulation as well. All I know is that Love Scenario's rise and longevity on the charts has been natural, open and steady.
