May Update: Top 40 Most Followed Korean Celebrities on Instagram

My last update was in February and I found an account on Twitter that is updating the ranking every month

 

G.Dragon exceeded 16m followers.

Lee Jong Suk was 5th, and now is 4th most followed celebrity.

BTS were 11th, went up 4 spots, and now are 7th. Looking at their current growth, it's possible for them to enter Top 5 in the future.

Black Pink were 17th, went up 6 spots, and now are 11th. Looking at their current growth, it's possible for them to enter Top 10 soon.

GOT7 Yugyeom was 41th, went up 7 spots, and is currently 34th.

Twice entered Top 40, they're currently 37th.

Red Velvet are close to entering Top 40.

GOT7 Bambam was 27th, went up 4 spots, and is currently 23th.

Wow. I remember BTS was only at 4mil a few months ago.

 

I know why they don't but I'd cry if they made individual accounts, at least just on instagram. Tae and JK probably have so many photos in their hard drives they could post. RMDaily could be a cross twitter and insta thing- It would be a hit of course. JHope and RM can post their respective collection of KAWs. They could all highlight their expensive ugly shoes collection. So many ideas man. There's so much they could do.

Akgaes and individual fans manage to fight and compete about everything so I don't think it'll matter. There's no use in being scared of that because they'll keep doing what they do. Individual accounts would build up each of their brands- it would be nice imo. Of course they're perfectly okay without it.
