Yeah, I live in Florida and I ordered my Mr.Mr. album from a kpop store on ebay that was located in South Korea and it took nearly a month to get here. Lately I did have some issues with them technically (for some reason, my password kept resetting without my permission) but after mailing them about my problem, they immediately looked for the issue and resolved it.
