Momoland's JooE tried coffee for the first time in Russia on 'Salty Tour'!
 
On the April 28th episode of 'Salty Tour', Momoland's JooE went on a trip to Russia with cast members including Jung Joon Young, Microdot, Park Na Rae, and Park Myung Soo. During the tour, they went inside a cafe for a drink, with all of the members ordering coffee. 
 
When JooE's iced coffee came out, she, at first, showed excitement by saying, "Wow, the color is very interesting." But right after she took a single sip, her face immediately crinkled up! It turned out that JooE was not a coffee-drinker, mainly because she does not like the taste of bitterness.
 
When the rest of the cast members asked her, "Then why did you order coffee?" she replied, "Everybody was ordering the same thing so...I thought this place only sold coffee!"
 
Hearing this, Jung Joon Young reassured her by saying that "Well, then, you just had your first coffee in Russia!" Park Na Rae also told JooE that since she is now 20-years-old, it's time to start drinking coffee. JooE responded positively to the comments and confidently said, "Yes, you are right! I'm an adult now...an adult..."

I just don't buy it, .....did she live in a bucket that she never had coppee???, I do understand she did it for the sake of "i'msopureineverexperiencedtheworldsoyoucansustainurgrossfetiche", but this is bs

I didn't drink coffee till my 20s either. Everyone in my family drinks tea and I wasn't really curious. So don't see anything out of the ordinary here.

I didn't drink coffee till my 20s either. Everyone in my family drinks tea and I wasn't really curious. So don't see anything out of the ordinary here.

I dunno, in my culture ( and surelly in SK culture too) not tasting coffee for over 20 yrs is kinda sci fi, but I do understand it , it could be 30% possible in her case, that much I give her,..... she's an idol, or either she's cracking xanax and putting it on her evian bottle, or she definetly knows how coffee taste
