Anyone here want to vote for the ACNL villager as a purchasable badge?

I'm not sure if there is a second punishment for TTing in New Leaf, since I didn't check the turnip prices again after finding them all rotten in my closet. :rlytearpls:

I've been nerdy with ACNL and have been trading with people online, so I have roughly 35 mil in the bank now. But still, losing over half a million isn't fun, either. ~_~

if you time travel often theres a high risk of losing a villager you like and a villager you don't like moving in

Yeah, I only TT to change timezones. I'm way too paranoid to TT more than a day. Plus, it would make the game too easy and no fun.

i used to time travel quite often and only lost 1 valued villager most of the time when i lose villagers i like its coz i stopped playing for a few weeks ;; that's how i lost beloved ed (luckily goldie and i are best friends)

I stopped playing while abroad bc I couldn't charge my system, and I lost my dreamy Molly. I vow to get her back one day.

Haha, I have Goldie, and I was considering her for a dreamy before I got her bc she's adorable, but now I don't think I want her anymore.  :derp:

Goldie says the exact same thing to me every day, though, and doesn't request anything. Something like... "It's so nice to have such friendly neighbors!" And nothing else. Even though I try to be her friend! Molly is also a normal villager, but she at least had conversations with me.

I think Goldie secretly wants out of my village.

I've been doing that for weeks OTL It's like some villagers, no matter how much prodding, either won't be my friend and give me their pic or won't move out, which both require becoming BFFs with them.

Mac would not budge from my town for months. He finally left yesterday or the day before, and I couldn't be happier.  :rlytearpls:

Aren't your villagers more likely to move out if you have really, really high friendship with them and you shower them with letters and gifts and whatnot?

nope i've had goldie since last year i think, the more you're friends the less likely they are to move out, and if they do plan on it, they alert you to it, if you're not friends, they'll just move out, every time goldie has said shes gonna move out she's done that ~run up to you and dance~ thing lmao

I'm so confused LOL

Anyway, you have Wild World, not New Leaf, right? I don't think there is any trading available. The 3DS can go online, so that makes it really easy to interact with other people.

People are really greedy, though, lmao, and some people cheat by duping items and bells. ~__~ Paintings and statues go for 200k+ and fossils are around 50k. Let's not even talk about furniture sets and region-specific items.

The best way to get bells the honest way is the stalk market, but you need to be able to go online and visit someone's town whose turnip prices are really high. People usually wait until someone says their Retail is buying them for 600+ bells each, then they make a killing with that.
