I did my identification 100% correctly, I can identify all of their voices in a second. elohim 2,768 Posted April 21, 2018 Share Posted April 21, 2018 I think Sana, Momo and Dahyun are still pretty insecure about their vocals, while DH and Momo(and I'm sorry to say this) are pretty weak and I didn't see much difference from debut and also little effort to change, Sana was doing great during Likey, but I don't know why she sounds so low energy and insecure during WIL promotions. She, Tzuyu and Mina have a lot of potential, but while the last 2 have no worries while singing and try to do their best with their range (and they sound really good!) Sana is holding back. I hope it's just the crazy schedules and that she will rest and be more confident in the next performances, bc her voice is adorably pretty. Momo takes singing lessons. What else exactly is she supposed to be doing? The main issue is her being given parts that aren't suitable for her voice and a lack of confidence in herself. She doesn't get to pick her own parts and confidence issues obviously don't dissipate over night. She was publicly humiliated on Sixteen over and over again and then had her dream snatched away right before her eyes. It obviously took a huge toll on her and she's still trying to regain her old self. It takes time. She still tries very hard regardless. She's very aware that she's not the best singer. She's acknowledged it a million times and her terror every time her part comes up in a live performance is evident. It's ridiculous to me that people always act like Momo's inadequacies in singing come from a lack of trying and use others improvements as "proof" when those members always get parts that suit their voice and Momo rarely ever does. How is she supposed to improve when she's never given the proper tools to succeed? Everyone improves at their own pace. It's unfair to hold everyone to the same exact standards when it comes to singing, especially when they didn't even start on an equal playing field. Momo trained as rapper but has been made to be a vocalist. It shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone if she lags behind some of the others in terms of singing skills. What is she really supposed to do that she isn't already doing? Also, they used pre-recorded vocals for the entirety of Likey promotions so I'm not sure what exactly you're talking about with regards to Sana (or any member of the group for that matter) "doing great during Likey" sorry for being slightly off topic but seeing that comment just really annoyed me Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
