Blockberry Creative is a shell company for Lee Soo Man's private agency. He got Polaris to pretend to be the parent company to allay suspicions.

Why?

-Loona is too well funded to be from a small company

-Loona has the same world building and elaborate concepts as EXO another LSM creation

-LSM wanted to prove he could build a group and make it popular without the SM brand

-He bypassed SM trainees and got his own trainees

-LSM embezzled money from SM and redirected it towards Loona

-LSM got the idea of the name Loona from Luna (Park Sun Young)

When this group actually going to debut?

The pre-debut tease has been dragging to long that the disappointment will be big for fans if debut song isn't good.

considering the rest of their discography i doubt their debut song won't be good.

and they'll debut after the final unit is finished promoting.

What a missed chance OP. You could've added that Kim Lip looks like Taeyeon or that Jinsoul could pass as Krystal's child/cousin. Hence, SM's funding towards Loona is also inspired by SM idols he discovered. His secret weapon is Heejin which by far could beat all or most of SM's visuals.

Solo and unit songs can be more vasatile and experimental compare to find a perfect idol song that match with public+fans taste and fit for bigass group where everyone has to share tiny line and how it look in choreo. It is hard for each vocals to standout with this limit too.
