I never had one to get scholarship money. just wear ....formal clothes i guess. button shirt

but im sure they're going to ask you decision making questions. you have to be confident , quick thinking and show your reasoning.

they might ask you political questions? im not even sure

good luck though~

try business casual

(this outfit is easy, ideal)

Depending on where the scholarship comes from, it's likely that they want to know how versed you are in their program.

Stay relaxed!

if it is scholarship for overseas studies,

you will usually asked on your reason,

why do you want to go to this country??

and then how will your study there will bring impact on your original country??

Will your research and studies there bring benefit to your original country??

Dress formally. You want to present yourself as an organized, well dressed, and proper individual.

Practice your diction.

Brag a little bit about yourself! You're competing for a scholarship so let them be aware of all the things that would make you a valuable member of their community.

Show your knowledge of the university/college.

Formal. But nothing too striking, just the usual.

Mind your manners and your body language. If you talk about experiences, don't only explain about them, but do show some reflection like what you learnt and gained, that's the most important. Talk more (elaborate) about a few examples rather than talking less of a lot of examples. Keep positive and tell yourself you can do it, there's a difference. Be friendly and open, not too stiff ahaha. Go over some questions that you think they might ask so you feel more prepared, but don't over prepare, interviewers can tell when you are just answering based on a model answer. Be honest!

Good luck =)
