Well today was the fucking worst day so far im in need of some serious distraction

im this close to killing myself (not really pls dont take it seriously), how many bad things can happen in one single day??? like wow i know i fucking suck but today was way too much, i feel so shitty not even Jin's latest twitter update has been able to make me feel normal again, i just want to feel normal just okay is fine but i dont know how to distract myself pls help thanks

All i can say is try to do the things that make u happy or at least distract you..

like my usual method is to have a shower, put on pjs and lie in bed, eat food i like and watch tv shows/youtube videos etc and pretend that the outside world doesn't exist. 

try watching variety shows about a group that you don't know that well but want to get to know better. cuz everyone knows that kpop is the best coping mechanism lmaooooo (srsly tho u look at how many groups i stan, thats every time i had a breakdown and binged in shows and videos about them)

if its rly bad/im having panic attacks I watch Hyori's bed & breakfast cuz that show genuinely heals the soul.


otherwise, try colouring in, playing video games, reading books/fanfictions and most importantly try to sleep. things wont seem so bad when u wake up - promise.

Aw I'm sorry to hear op. I've had days like that too. I know this sounds cliche but just know everything will okay. I don't know what you're going through but you can and will get stronger after all the shittyment. Thats all I'm gonna say, sorry I don't really know how to encourage people so I'll leave this here :)

have a nice cry, let everything out, drink some water, and take a long warm shower. its always good to think about the future rather than letting what happened in the present hurt you deeply. tomorrow will bring a whole new day. hope u feel better op :)
