Everyone knows this is happening. Could they go back to court over it ?

Everyone knows SM are being bitches and doing all sorts behind the scenes.

Is their a way out for these lads, ie getting themselves back on music shows and whatnot ? This is surely illegal what SM are doing to them.

Yeah well the Korean government itself is guilty of doing them wrong.

When they were the face of Jeju Island tourism (whatever it was, can't remember exactly) the government used JYJ to get Jeju voted as the Eighth Wonder of the World. Fans around the world voted, and Jeju won the position. Then at the celebration ceremony, JYJ was not even allowed to perform...

SM must have paid them well to pull that BS on JYJ.  i mean why can't sm just let it go?

Technically they aren't banned. TV stations are being blackmailed by SM Entertainment. TV stations have a choice; JYJ or the entire line up of SM Entertainment...they will go for the more profitable option, which is SM

Nobody likes dishonourable immoral people (except for their already existing fangirls). That's why they're outcasts in the industry.

If that were true, half of the world would go down in flames, and showbusinesses everywhere would be among the first to burn.
