He doesn't really look like her (except for teeth and eyes?) but he looks like he could be related to her. There are some similarities but still I think the one who resembles Rainie the most is pre-debut Tzuyu (aka without korean styling).

 

 

It's honestly funny that Rainie has so many look-alikes, back then I thought she looks really different compared to other Taiwanese actresses.

I think cuz of similar expression that they did in those photos and their mouth area seem the same (teeth and thin lip).
