I remember the debut days when they called Jihyo a weightlifter it breaks my heart everytime.

Every haters says shes the visual hole of the group. She shouldnt be the leader. bla bla bla

But that's the reason why Jihyo is still here.

She fights her way thru... and she did it.

Earn a lot of respects and fanbase of her.

I say she came thru a lot.

And I'm so proud of her!

I like that it was a slow process to get to this result and not a crazy nor a extreme one, it never works when u lose weight fast, I also like that she eats what she likes and doesn't restrict herself

Jihyo herself talked about how she was depressed and stressed during her trainee days so no, it's not because she "neglected herself" or became "too comfortable". Seeing her friends debuting and then 6mix not working out of course it affected her and her confidence too. Which isn't the case now as her confidence improved greatly <3
