I've been wanting to see Age of Shadows for a while now, I really should just watch it, Oldboy too. I saw ISTD back when my only impression of Korean culture was kpop so it was a huge shock to me see suddenly be exposed to the torture porn that is ISTD lmao. 200 Pound Beauty was one of the first Korean films I watched so it holds a bit of a nostalgic place in my heart along with My Sassy Girl, but I think I should rewatch it someday because I think the true message of the film went over my head a bit 'cause I watched it when I was young and didn't really know about Korea's looks-based culture. It’s pretty recent though. It’s amazing! I would 100% recommend it! I wouldn’t know how to describe it without giving any spoilers away but here goes... It’s about a female assassin who goes into something similar to “rehabâ€, so that she can go back to living a normal life. That’s what she thinks... But recently i keep rewatching Han Gong Ju (or at least some parts of it). Prob cuz this film was esp bothering for me at 1st watch so i keep coming back at it. Oohh I've never heard of this one but I see it stars some female badassery, is really high quality or more a watch in between type of movie?I've never seen more badass action scenes from a female in any other korean movie, theres also excellent filming to watch out, if u want to see 'real' action.
