just a question, what happened to Jessica's stocks at SM ent?

im clueless but i heard that 2nd gen and earlier SM artists were given stocks of the company by a small percentage (but still significant-ish).

does she still have them? can she even have them still even when shes not under SM anymore?

again, im clueless but still curious.

Since SM is a publicly traded company, she can actually hold it and buy more shares if she wants to. She is still eligible to go to SM itself as she is a legit Stock holder. In fact if she can rally support, she can short SM's stock and manage to buy a shorted stock price before it goes up and buy a controlling stake at SM, technically if she has a controlling stake she can basically remove every artist there and plunge SM down the drain. This move is how John D.Rockefeller did with his National Oil.

Best practice is you sell your stocks to the market so that SM can get a hold of that stock again.

Isn't Capitalism Great?
