I just enjoy life I guess? I'm naturally optimistic. I feel there's so much to live for.... I like to study, the jobs I had so far (teaching) allowed me to meet a lot of nice people so I don't regret them. There are so many places in the world I'd like to get to know (eventually). I want to have children, to buy my own house (fortunately that's not too far away right now), to get a position as a professor in some nice university and so far it seems like those dreams are quite attainable... So I just keep going. ilikeitplz.png

I love being outside so much, among plants and water and wild life and the breeze. Not traveling or hiking, but just resting in nature. I live near lakes and a small forest. It's powerful enough and sufficiently self-muting enough to make my life feel worth extending when interests and duties as distractions dull. I want to witness autumn again, the next full moon, watch the crane slip on ice when the lake is frozen, check the bats at dusk, witness X flower come again, etc.

Duty-related things that make my life "worth" living would be the fact that without me, my pets would be unhappy and some may even be given away and who knows what kind of person they'd end up with. I have a deep bond with my pets and don't want to be the cause of their hurt.

I also have a person close to me to whom I promised I wouldn't life-threateningly hurt myself. As long as I'm still in contact with them, I'll keep that promise 'cause I don't want to permanently mark them in a negative way either.
