I thought the point with nct were they were gonna have unit for each country. I hope they aren't gonna try the same shit with china also nct stans what do you think sm is planning for ???? They also might not having enough Japanese trainees yet and may want the unit to be mainly Japanese members. Who knows but I hope they’ll make an official Japanese unit soon! I know they had the Japanese version of Limitless...which was odd but also whatever since it's one song...but I don't know why they would completely debut in Japan if they really are planning to do so. A lot of people are saying that they're sending 127 to Japan first before debuting a unit there because they already have "hype", but 127 and NCT in general is completely nugu in Japan so it seems like a weak argument to me. Seoul based unit means being like a NORMAL KPOP GROUP and guess what kpop groups do: they promote outside of Korea too and debut in Japan and China too sometimes. You can't really go around claiming to have a "unique" concept of having different units for different regions and still roll with "oh, 127 is a regular K-pop group - they can promote worldwide as well as every other K-pop group". Let's be honest, most fans have been trying to justify most of SM's random ass actions with NCT with their preferred narrative and i normally wouldn't care at all since i actually like most of 127's music, my only real issue is with the members that are not in 127 being jobless for like 80% of the year.
