I don't mind jokes every now and then, but when I am forced to join in on "banter" its annoying. Sometimes I feel like I am being forced to laugh, when I don't find it funny. When they keep repeating the same thing again and again. Its just pointless. It also makes you seem boring, if don't say much, people expect you to say something witty each time.
