Back then he didn't know how to open up and appeared cold and not engaging. At one point, girls on pann used this gif to claim he doesn't respect his fans, he's rude, immature etc. you know, the usual iKON bashing. Fast forward to 2018, Junhoe gets instagram. The most blessed day in the life of ikonics tbh. Since then he has constantly responded to fans especially to those having a tough time with the sweetest and most encouraging words that show he understands how to get past difficult times The fan had written: "Nowadays I'm feeling so exhausted, I cry a lot more and I'm having a hard time. Oppas gave me strength again today, thank you. I can always count on oppas to give me strength during hard times, I love you." Junhoe replied: "Please don't be sad. Sometimes it's okay to not be 'fighting' all the time and you can be worn out! You will be able to find things to learn from during those times too... There are no experiences that can harm you, let all experiences pass and go, you'll be able ot gather something helpful and beautiful. I'm infinitely grateful to be able to cheer whoever we can... I'll work hard on being a singer than can cheer on other people. Thank you for your nice words. You can feel tired, but be happy". He's found something he loves, poetry, and also conveying his feelings and emotions through it and being a healing voice through his written poems, voice, and also his advice. I feel so emotional seeing the changes in Junhoe and in some ways those changes were due to the harshness of being visible to the public as an idol.
