#Trending! #HuangZitao accidentally posts photographer's photos without crediting.

The photographer is certainly taking up time to promote herself with this, she was slandering him on weibo

From what i'm seeing on twitter, Tao posted pictures without any watermarks or any sign of registered image's copyrights like countless people do without repercussion thanks for not being famous, he just found them and decided to post them, the photographer got lucky a hugely famous person posted these pictures

The photographer was being extra tbh. Yes, he did the mistake initially but after she made the first post about him using her pics without credit he apologized and edited immediately to include credit, she didn't even reply to him but made yet another post, he deletes because she didn't reply so he wasn't sure if it was ok to use it and then she said he's hiding evidence, like what else do you want?

She finally accepted the 3rd apology he sent which I'm sure she did because of the backlash she got... She's milking the situation a bit too much.

I mean, Idk about the law in China but in Germany, when somebody uses your pictures without permission, you can sue them for violating your copyright (it’s called “geistiges Eigentumâ€- basically you have a copyright automatically when you produce something, so others can’t just use or post it)

Ofc in a time with social media and repost culture, a lot of people don’t care about that, but it’s still illegal.

On the other hand, he handled the situation well imo.
