Most ARMYS had already preordered their albums through those websites before BigHit released the album on Amazon. Even after the preordered album was released on Amazon, ARMYS had no other choice but to order from those websites because only a limited amount of people were allowed to preorder LY: HER there (including ARMYS from outside of the USA).
