Neither one of Suju's major car accidents were caused by sasaengs. They've had a few accidents caused by obsessive fans getting too close, but those were pretty minor.

I'm still haunted by that picture of sasaengs encircling Changmin while he had a mental breakdown on the streets. Now that's fucked up.

omg :wth: those are seriously disturbing and messed up. i feel sorry for those idol groups. they don't deserve this.

it's things like these i'm glad shinee, although a well-known popular group, doesn't have a huge fandom as most groups listed here, and shawols actually respect them, chill and give them their space. overall, fans always keep their distance and not intrusive. even fansites/regular fans don't take or reveal pics of taemin's parents who wish to remain private. you even hardly see pics of other members' parents sans jonghyun's, whom he himself was pretty open in showing his family to the fandom.

there might be some sasaengs but not a lot, therefore, chances of things like in op happening where it could put them in danger is very small. i mean we might not boast huge number of fans or huge number of sales and whatnot but the fact we can ensure their safety and privacy is something that i've always been grateful more than anything.

even the rumors about idols' private lives where you hear sasaengs leaked things like who they're dating, who they hook up, what they do alone in their homes, ....you don't really hear anything abt shinee. either the fans keep themselves tight-lipped or shawols just respect/wont intrude their privacy like that.

SUJU and DBSK saesang fans is the worst of the worst... esp DBSK.

Not only that but these fans know basically a lot of very very personal things. Like the idols number, who they’re dating at the moment (or hook up), where they live and maybe even their passcode to their apt. So much more... scary fks

4. Kim Heechul’s Car Accident

Kim Heechul was driving when he noticed sasaeng fans following him with their car. He tried to lose them by taking various routes, but he ended up in a car accident which broke his leg.

I'm pretty sure that's not what happened. Or to be specific those are 2  different accidents.

Back in 2006 Heechul was going back from Donghae's father's funeral when he got into an accident and got 3 leg fractures and some other injuries. The cause of the accident was some problem with his car. I never seen any sasaengs mentioned in this story.

The sasaeng accident was in 2011 together with Leeteuk in Singapore and there weren't any major injuries.

The journalism in 2018, people can't even google before publishing anymore. idontthinksobetchplz.png

Why am I not surprised that most of these are happening to SME idols? Why aren’t they doing something about this?

Well, short of hiring an army, there isn't much they can do. No laws in place for that.

Most older fans will know that DBSK have like one if not the worst sasaengs tho. The shit those guys went through is just incomparably tame to the more recent sasaengs tbh. I mean just google them up y'all will know what's up
