What would you do? Travelling to Korea + uni clash problem

So I have a bit of a 'problem' that I've been going over in my mind and I don't really have many people I can bother about it irl so I figured why not post it on here lol.

My university is offering to send me to Sungkyunkwan University this summer for a summer school semester. It lasts about a month and all course fees will be paid for by my university. I have to pay for the flight and the stay at the dorm myself, but that's not really my problem. I would be super excited for this and instantly have registered if not for this problem I have.

The problem:

The period of the summer school falls at the same time of 3 resits of my final 4 tests: Substantive Law of the EU, Administrative Law II and Criminal Law II. I'm a second-year student now and I've taken 16 tests in total, all of which I've never had to take a resit for (you pass if you get a minimum of 6 out of 10 and you are actually not allowed to take the resit if you get a grade of >6). I'm especially scared for the Administrative Law II test because I have an absolute nightmare professor who doesn't allow anyone to ask questions and Administrative Law is a course I simply don't like and is very hard for me. As a surprise to me however I did pass Administrative Law I with a 7,5. I'm not that worried about the other 2 courses; I imagine I'll pass them.

Very important is that if I don't pass one of these 3 tests and I can't be at the resit that means I will have to retake the entire course in my third year. Not the end of the world, but I'd like to not be hauling that stuff around preferably..

What would you guys do? This Summer School seems like such a huge opportunity honestly and like it'd be a great experience. It's also really quite special that the university will be paying for the courses, but I'm not sure. I've always said school is #1 priority in my life for everything, but maybe I should feel like letting that go every now and then.

To me you should go, is once in a life oportunity, the downside ( in case it goes wrong ) doesn't seem that bad in comparisson to a lifetime experience

Can't you talk to your department about deferring your exams?

I just sent an email out but I'm not really hoping for much. Mayybe since it is something the university is providing but they're not very lenient about deferring exams here; there are about 500 students who have to take that Administrative Law exam, so I can understand it.

Tbh, the deal offered by your university is not good enough to miss three exams and delay your education. Those 1-month summer sessions are more like summer camps than an actual term of study, you won't be actually living the Korean university life since most students are out for the summer, and the fact that accommodation and flight aren't covered is a deal-breaker to me, since study abroad programs usually pay for both (at least here). I suggest you take an actual exchange to Korea for a term/year if you can.
