From what I know, they only have stocks and handle some business/financial related things of Woollim but not the management of the artists. I guess because it comes under music content in which they gave them control of. Just the music they produce for the group. This is done by cj or loen. And since the merge is over sm only has the biggest stocks when lee jongyeop also have big stock in sm c&c. Ofc, as the biggest stock holder, they are bound to have some input. The part i am actually not sure on is if they are a subcompany or completely separated with only sm owning the stocks.
