I want to say Mulan, but I'm pretty sure there was one in 2009 (not Disney though)...

 

So I'll give my vote to The Hunchback of Notre Dame. Not my fave animated Disney film, but it would be amazing live action.

There was a Mulan movie made in China like 5 or so years ago. If there was to be an English/International version I want Liu Yi Fei as Mulan please. She's experienced in the wire-work and marital arts things currently in the trilogy of The Four movies. English wouldn't be an issue either.

True, but they're not recent. Mulan was just 4 or 5 years ago...I guess I should have said that. LOL...

 

 

If not Hunchback, then Aladdin. Or how about The Emperor's New Groove? I'd love to see Izma in live action.

she's in Forbidden Kingdom (the jet li and jackie chan movie) which i think is an all english movie. I don't remember how her english was in it though because the movie sucked and i try to forget about it. Check it out i guess.

I agree. These films are quite old so many people have no interest (I'd like a movie more similar to the book though, probably many would hate).

She was under consideration for that Chinese Mulan movie, but I don't think she was considered enough of a 'star' at that point since it was like 2008 or 2009. She went to school in the US for several years and became a US citizen. She has a bit of an accent, but if you're making a Mulan movie you probably don't want a Chinese-looking Mulan to sound like she lived in San Fran her entire life or something.
