Blessing in disguise situations

I was supposed to go out with my friend yesterday but she postponed it to next week because her family wants her to be with them for travel fair. I was ok with it. Yesterday after going for a therapy with my mom, I was dizzy and not feeling well until I couldn't eat breakfast. I only felt better after a nap.

So that was blessing in disguise indeed

I got roped into doing extra work for placement (which annoyed me quite a bit at first) but I actually learnt a lot out of that opportunity and I got to meet a lot of hearty, amazing people!

I got rejected for a job I was very keen on when I first graduated, and was really very sad about it. A few months later, I was offered another job- not only was the company in question bigger and more prestigious this time, and the job scope wider, but it also offered me a monthly salary that was a few hundred bucks higher than the first one. So thank goodness the first company didn't offer me the job! I wouldn't have been able to accept the second offer if it had. I was really happy about it after that.

It was a conference for business owners who had experienced deficits within the past 5 years (basically we had to gather data, stats and provide an rma to present to the experts there). I didn't do any presenting though rlytearpls.png  It was pretty sad, considering most were small business owners like local farmers, mechanics etc.
