Her profile is still up on Les Pros website until now http://www.lespros.co.jp/en/talent/artists/rena_nounen/ Last year she officially changed her stage name to NON. She also focused on making music under Kaiwa Records. In a recent interview, she talks about how her CMs last year have all been completely blocked (she didn't directly say it but obviously by Les Pros) which caused the companies to drop her as an endorser and ending all of her contracts. All her minor cameos - not even an actual role - in dramas and movies (with directors she often worked with in the past) that are meant for release this year have also been removed / cut from broadcast. With most headlines saying she's "too butch / no longer feminine / boyish" to be taken seriously as an actress at her age. Was Les Pros against her decision and dream to form a band or was it something else? Would really appreciate it if somebody could tell me what happened from A-Z.
