It's a track on their 20th Anniversarary mini-album Hatachi no Morning Musume and it's called "We Are Leaders! ~RÄ«dÄ tte no mo Tsurai Mono~" (WE ARE LEADERS! ～リーダーã£ã¦ã®ã‚‚ã¤ã‚‰ã„ã‚‚ã®ï½ž).  It features all of the leaders of Morning Musume throughout their 20 year history, from original leader Yuko Nakazawa to current leader of Morning Musume '18, Mizuki Fukumura.  It even has Mari Yaguchi and Miki Fujimoto, who both resigned from very short leadership tenures because of dating scandals.

 

Someone posted a fanmade MV of the song and it's glorious.  The vid references a lot of their most famous singles and catchphrases.  As a Momusu fan of over 10 years it made me cry. rlytearpls.png
