Ed Westwick accused of holding a woman hostage as a sex slave for 48 hours

Actor Ed Westwick has been accused of holding a woman hostage as a sex slave for 48 hours. 

 

Although the Brit is not being sued he has been named in a lawsuit by Los Angeles-based stylist Haley Freedman. 

 

She claims she was part of a group who went to the star’s Hollywood home in August 2014. 

 

The 23-year-old accuses Westwick of being a “violent sexual predator†and is the fourth woman to claim the former Gossip Girl actor raped or sexually assaulted her. 

 

Freedman claims she was at his home with friends, but after others left, 

she stayed on. 

 

She alleges the actor, 30, and she began to have sex but things took a turn for the worst when he requested she choke him. 

 

She claims when she refused he strangled and spit on her.

 

Freedman claims in the lawsuit she fell asleep afterwards and in the morning Westwick entered the shower with her and made sexual advances against her will. 

 

She ended up staying at his house for two days because she was “out of it.â€

 

Freedman is suing her former business partners who she claims cut her off after she wanted to go public with her allegations against Westwick. 

 

She claims she did an interview with a publication but the actor’s team had it shut it down. 

 

She says the media outlet got text messages that she says misrepresented her as “unstable, disturbed, jealous and promiscuous.†

 

In Freedman's 129-page lawsuit, Westwick, who recently axed from BBC comedy White Gold, is described by her lawyers as “monstrousâ€, a “serial rapist,†and “abusive, crazed alcoholicâ€. 

 

Freedman also considered reporting the incident to police and pursuing legal action.

 

 

The papers added: "Ultimately, however, Freedman decided not to report the encounter, fearing that she would suffer backlash and that her entire career might be thwarted if she did. Freedman made a conscious decision to stay silent." 

 

Three other women have accused Westwick of sexual assault. Westwick vehemently denied the women’s allegations. 

 

“It is disheartening and sad to me that as a result of two unverified and provably untrue social media claims, there are some in this environment who could ever conclude I have had anything to do with such vile and horrific conduct,†he wrote on Instagram. 

 

“I have absolutely not, and I am cooperating with the authorities so that they can clear my name as soon as possible.â€

It's difficult when it's been so long, unless she has other evidence like text messages or similar.

In this case I feel like there's some information missing too, because based on what's in the OP she probably wouldn't have a case if she stayed voluntarily.

I used to ship Chuck and Blair so much during Gossip Girl. They are like the ultimate OTP! Although Nate was still my favorite guy. I ship Nate-Serena and they didn't happen. I always thought Ed have bad guy aura but I never expected he would be this kind of guy. 4th sexual assault and rape accusations seriously?! So disappointed!!
