Up Front has announced their tour title in conjunction with the album release next month:

i am new to this group but my god they blew away my mind their songs and the dances are amazing not to say they are visual assets i think if they don't get disband in near future they can be the potential successor to e girls.

They're under UP FRONT CREATE, which is a subsidiary of UP FRONT PROMOTION, the same agency of Hello! Project and Morning Musume.  The leader of PINK CRES. is a former member of Berryz Koubou, a Hello! Project group.  The OP has more info if your interested.

oh!! hello project ok so they are under a big name!! i guess if in time they succeed they will bring glory to the hello project back again.
