T-ARA question

Hwayoung was added to become the "main rapper" role even though Eunjung/Hyomin did okay with the rapping sections (plus T-ara's best songs are the ones without a prominent rap section)

Ahreum and Dani (planned to be) were added because KKS's reasoning was that he didn't want the girls getting lazy so he added in new members to make them work harder. He thought competition would keep the girls always hard working and if they slacked, they'd be kicked from the group.

There was no reason for CCM to add members, rumor was the CEO added them to bring some competition to within the group, trying to make the individual girls work harder and to make the group better overall. If I remember rightly he threatened to remove any girl that was bringing the group down or to remove anyone who wasn't "behaving" (asshole basically). He put his words into action by removing Hwayoung after she supposedly "acted out".

There was also something about him eventually making them a nine member group so as to rival SNSD, back before the Hwayoung scandal T-ara were massive, they still are very popular but their popularity and fame took a huge dent after the scandal, I think that's when CCM gave up on trying to make them like SNSD.

And yes, it was kind of random each time.

Yeah like others have said, I remember reading that he wanted to add more girls so that they'd work harder, the reasoning being that at any given moment were they to slack off another girl would take their place.

Of course that whole idea of KKS's eventually became a catalyst for T-aras fall.
