Appreciation 12 days of loona - day #1 - heejin

hello everyone. and welcome to the 12 days of loona countdown event! the loona thread is hosting 12 days of appreciation threads for our favourite celestial girls as we wait for the very first ot12 event that will take place on the 17th of march. 

 

it's been a long time coming, but we're truly in the home stretch now. please join us as we look back on some of our favourite moments with our girls in anticipation for up&line!

 

as oh's resident heejin stan, of course i had to do the thread for our first revealed angel. at first i wasn't sure what to do but then i decided i'm going to throw some love on heejin's very first fansign. as many of you may know, she debuted with the iconic quirky jazz bop vivid

 

 

and she had a few solo fansigns as part of a short promo cycle.  i can only imagine how nervous she was at her very first one, but she did such a great job and looked beautiful doing it.

It must have been so hard for her, everything was so uncertain back then ;; Imagine how nervous she must have been about not knowing how many people would show up, whether she'd be able to start it all on her own well, but she did awesome.   Such a long journey and now we're here!  Can't wait to see her with all the other girls together!

Heejin  I'm so incredibly proud of her, she must have been so nervous being the first member. Especially when it came to the fansigns, the other members always did the first couple with the prior member but as the introductory girl she did all of hers alone so I can only imagine how nerve-wracking that would have been for her.

Tho I didn’t reallt start paying attention to LOONA till eclipse, Vivid was the first MV I ever watched and even tho the song didn’t hit me right away the visuals were memorable and ever since then we’ve seen a funny and silly and shy girl become more and more confident in herself and making her group mates feel as comfortable and confident as she could and being there to cheer them on and be silly with them, she held it down for a while and never looked scared or unsure of herself or the project. She gave it her all and now that we’re almost at the end of it I can’t see them having made a better choice than Heejin.

the LEGEND with the bop that pulled me in. as much as i love vivid it wouldn't be the same without her making the song what it is. i'm so proud of her! and i can't wait to see more of her in the future
