For those who don't understand, NBC commentators have a habit of being/sounding condescending and talking too much. NBC is bad at covering the Olympics. Always acting like if non whites or non English speakers, etc couldn't be good at something. It's really clear and really annoying. I don't know about this specific situation, I didn't watch it.
