What exercises that give you great curves/makes you thicc?

Weighted squats help firm your butt and the back of your legs.

 

you could try squats/deadlifts/side lunges maybe? not an expert but those can tone your hip muscles i think and enhance your body shape but nothing will make you super curvy/hourglass-ish if you weren't born with it

it gave me some booty when i had none (also thicker thighs which i lowkey didn't want but yeah)

There's this one program that I kept hearing about called Strong Curves. It's a book written by some kind "glute expert/king (lol
)" that's got your weekly workouts and is gluten focused. From what I've heard the big thing is hip thrusts.
