Reading the comments above, seems like a lot of ppl dislike it but for me, tbvh it was the best 4 years of my life. Sure in uni there’s freedom from nagging parents but instead I felt chained down by my academics and the stiff culture and competitiveness of my program I barely had any social life in uni, and I was in a coop program so if It wasn’t a study term, I was working (in addition to studying for professional exams at the same time). It was the most stressful time of my life unlike in high school, it was so chill - all the classes were so easy I barely studied, I participated in a lot of clubs, my classes were fun and I felt the students were a lot more fun to be around Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

They were international schools - mixed, diverse, and for the most part very open-minded. We moved, so had to spend my senior year in Europe. Was initially bummed cause i had to say goodbye to a lot of friends, forgo all my varsity sports positions, etc. But I made a lot of new friends, traveled a lot for sports, and drank a lot too.
