The award OP is talking about was Album Producer Award which is given to the producer or producer team for producing a specific album. The one who won it wasn't IU alone it was her whole producing team. They won it for producing IU's Palette album. That is why the whole team went there to pick the award. but since IU was part of that producing team you can still say she won both lyricist and producing award.
