On 7th February, iKON’s long awaited episode of Weekly Idol finally aired. Showing not only the  warm relationship iKON members have with Doni & Coni, but they also proved how easily they adapt to a new environment to the point where it felt like it was a comedy act between friends.

With the help of iKONIC’s opinions, we’ve prepared the highlights of the broadcast that you certainly shouldn’t miss !

1. Yang Hyunsuk’s daughter chooses Donghyuk as her favorite member – for people who have watched WIN, this doesn’t come as a surprise; Yang Yoojin’s heart was stolen by our sunshine from minute one, when she whispered to her mother about the member she likes the most.  In YG’s congratulatory message on Donghyuk’s birthday, he wrote that he is his daughter’s first choice; according to Donghyuk’s confession on Weekly Idol, the two have met at a BIGBANG concert, where they shared a hug.  At the end of the segment, Donghyuk sent her a video message, saying “Let’s grab a meal soon. Thank you for liking me, and please talk to your dad so I can do a solo stage sometimeâ€, which earned laughter from everyone in the studio.

2. The reason behind the mysterious disappearance of Bobby’s clothes –  the original topic started with Jinhwan and Junhoe always borrowing clothes from the piles of clothes left in Bobby’s room; however the story emerged comically once Bobby started narrating about his favorite hoodie that went missing. As he accept the idea that it was gone, a year later he sees Chanwoo’s mother wearing it. In Chanwoo’s defense, he thought the pile of clothes was to be thrown away, so he picked it from there, leading to Kony’s comment that Bobby’s room resembles a “thrift shop.â€

3. During the segment in which iKONICS got to ask iKON to do things they asked for a performance of their song “Perfect†that was released solely in Japan while Bobby plays the guitar. Despite not knowing the chords Bobby manged  a faithful rendition of the song on the guitar with help of Hanbin’s beat boxing while vocals sang the song beautifully. Doni was so impressed with the song he asked YG to release it in Korea.

4. iKONICS also requested for Jinhwan’s height to be measured in mandarins. Jinhwan was a good sport and submitted himself to be measured and finally we have the answer to the question of how tall is Jinhwan? Answer is: 27 mandarins.

5. During the same segment they asked for Hanbin to do a cute rendition of a popular children’s song “Baby Sharkâ€. Hanbin hates doing aegyo but he did it for iKONICS with hilarious reactions from everybody.

This entire episode of Weekly Idol was hilarious and well worth the watch regardless if you are a fan of iKON or not.

Bonus: Aegyo turned racy and inappropriate by the hyungs, Jinhwan and Yunhyeong

My fav part is when Junhoe was showing his nunchuck skill while Bobby was just finding it fascinating.

Bobby couldn't even contain himself when Junhoe asked the MCs "neat, right?" and when he was making his Bruce Lee sounds lol what a Junhoe fanboy

It was fun, I didn't know they were this funny and I loved how they were dragging each other

Hahaha yes! They do it often! They will never let each other just live, especially Yunhyeong lol you will see that just from their individual instagram accounts

I already did, and they were really funny. The part where they started to talk about their rooms it's definitely highlight.

I didn't knew they could've this funny so I'm happy that I gave it a watch.

Please watch Bobby and Junhoe in Oppa thinking!! This was seriously funny!
