Did you not remember the behind-the-scenes drama? A majority of the webtoon fans hate the TvN adaptation and the shady treatment the PD did towards PHJ and pushing Seo KangJoon (not his fault though). The author of the webtoon is writing the movie script herself since she and the PD for the series had their own beef. The entire cast is made up of actors that were wanted in the original fan casting choices and #JusticeforYooJung. The setting will also be them as adults in the work force, not just as college students so it's a sequel to the webtoon, not the drama series.
