Recently: While doing this drama the Producer was extremely verbally abusive to everyone on set (including Go Hyun Jung). She stood up to him and he was verbally attacking another actor and attempted to physically slap them so she pushed the Producer away. SBS then used media to paint her as a diva and discredit her, but Knetz didn't believe them and then other actors spoke up and said she didn't do anything wrong. She quit the tv show and they recast her part(or tried to), hasn't been confirmed yet.

His family used their wealth to discredit her in the media and was able to gain full custody of both her children so she wasn't even allowed to see her own kids. The family also removed and banned any product from a company that used her to endorse them from their stores.

 

Last year when Park Geun Hee was removed as President of South Korea for abuse of power and corruption there was an investigation into other companies. Samsung executives were convicted and sentenced to several years in prison. About a day or two before this story came out about Go Hyun Jung an upper court in Korea threw out the convictions and greatly reduced the prison time for those executives. So many Knetz think the Samsung family once again jumped onto Go Hyun Jung and got media to write negative articles to try and make this a big issue and steer attention away from the reduced prison sentences.

This is a really huge news in Korea. The exclusive article from SBS have like 40K upvotes. And all follow up articles always recieved 20k - 30K upvotes with so many views for the articles and it's always trending on Naver. They even have more comments & upvotes than the Olympic article. It's crazy. When was the last time you see Knetz showed support and side a celebrity with 40K upvotes?! The only one I remember is Kim Yuna.

 

SBS really f*ck up if they thought they could ruin GHJ & and launch a witch hunt towards her if they accuse her of assault. She is an actress that the public and the whole of Korea loves and acknowledged. You can't ruin her with fake and exaggerated stories. On top of that GHJ is known to be an actress who fight for her rights & won't let anyone step all over her like Kim Hye Soo. A few years back, GHJ got also got into a fight with a PD for protecting the writer of the drama. The writer then was just a newbie so she have no power so GHJ stand up for her and fight w/ the PD. The public respected her for that and look up to her. So news of her fighting with another PD isn't huge news anymore to the public so SBS exaggerated their story by claiming she assaulted the PD in hope the public will turn on her. Well too bad it still didn't work.

 

Now everyone is protesting against SBS & Return PD. The official site of SBS Return is full of protest. That's what they deserve!! Hope their ratings drop big time.
