If they're gonna make it like this, edit it like it's a focused shot were the surroundings are blurred enough to be ignored and not obviously focus the blur on the other members face. That'll just make them stand out(in a bad way) also I don't like the idea of crop, mild blur is better they just need to quit it with the blur focus on the other members face.
