I don't think they would make it either even if they debut now. their agency is too nugu, purfles members are on the more "mature" side of kpop, while most ggs debuting recently are from the late 90s & early 2000s, and purfles concept is also more mature-sexy and didn't really fit the current trend.

 

 

purfles had the best debut of 2014 for 123, but my favourite is A Bad Thing

 

 

 

such good vocals not being appreciated, it's so sad. I was hoping for them to go on the unit, but i guess the members have already moved on with their lives.

It still makes me sad to think about :'(  Bad Girl and 123 were one of the few Kpop songs I bought even though I knew it wouldn't do much for them in the long run.

 

I think they would have done better now just because the genre is more rejuvenated in general. Their bops got totally buried in the Kpop generation transition between 2014-2015.
